
Mr. Weltman heads the personal injury practice at Weltman, Bernstein. He is a graduate of the law school of the University of Western Ontario in London where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1981.
He articled in the personal injury firm Sommers & Roth. After graduating the Bar Admission Program at Osgoode Hall in Toronto, he was called to the Ontario Bar in 1983. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Lawyer Referral Service, and has been a member of the Canadian Bar Association. Mr. Weltman was the founding member of the partnership, Kushner & Weltman, where he specialized in personal injury cases with an emphasis on Motor Vehicle or Car Accidents, Accident Benefits, Slip or Trip and Fall Cases, Disability Claims, Dog/Animal Bites, Brain or Spinal Cord Injuries, Other Serious Injuries, Other Negligence Cases, and Fatal Accident Claims.
He has been in private practice for over 25 years. Since the year 2000, he has practiced law in association with
Daniel Bernstein at the law offices of Weltman, Bernstein.
